Rental Process

Applicants with a moderate to minor credit risk provided by our third-party screening service, no rental housing debts reported, no unpaid judgments, gross verifiable monthly income exceeding 2.5 times one month’s rent (equivalent to a 40% rent/income ratio), and no disqualifying criminal history, may qualify for Approval.

All animals must be properly vaccinated through a licensed veterinarian and be licensed by the City if applicable.
